Chief Executive Officer
David has spent thirty years at the forefront of UK real estate, specialising in logistics and more recently data centre development, with a proven track record in capital raising, strategic acquisition, and fund management.
Co-founder of Chancerygate in the 1990s, David now serves as CEO of KSP, managing the award-winning €1 billion GLi logistics platform in partnership with PATRIZIA. He has developed over 10 million sq. ft. of industrial and commercial space with partners including Legal & General, BlackRock, Aberdeen Standard and Investec.
Recognising the strategic importance of grid power and digital infrastructure, David has led KSP’s expansion into the data centre sector over the last five years. He has developed a significant data centre portfolio alongside KSP’s core logistics business, with involvement in DC projects across West London and the UK. This has included JV partnerships with leading property funds and collaboration with government and regulatory agencies to prioritise data centre projects in strategic locations that deliver UK growth. KSP now manages a portfolio of five data centre sites representing £20.2 billion in Capex.
At KSP, David champions the company’s commitment to sustainability and clean energy initiatives, prioritising environmentally responsible developments. This includes pioneering micro-grid solutions for data centres that enhance energy efficiency and grid resilience. Under his leadership, KSP is at the forefront of sustainable data centre innovation, ensuring projects contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
David is responsible for identifying and structuring new opportunities across both logistics and data centre sectors, maintaining KSP’s position as a leader in mission-critical real estate development.
Executive Director – Investments
Will is a logistics a sector specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with major institutions, private equity houses and property companies.
A former Director at CBRE within the Industrial Capital Markets Team, his primary focus at KSP is as Head of Transactions, responsible for land acquisition, sourcing sites and leasing buildings.
He has considerable expertise in business strategy, investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio amalgamation and development funding. Will has a flair for identifying new off-market, opportunistic deals, with an extensive knowledge of the design and development process. He has been instrumental in expanding KSP’s logistics platform, finding bespoke deals in an increasingly challenging market.
Will has also played a key role in KSP’s data centre expansion, with direct involvement in the West London DC transactions. His investment strategy is deeply rooted in KSP’s commitment to sustainability and clean energy solutions. He actively seeks opportunities that align with environmental values, ensuring that every acquisition contributes to the mission of creating environmentally responsible infrastructure that supports the transition to clean energy.
Executive Director – Investments
Mark brings extensive expertise in investment management and acquisitions within the logistics real estate sector.
Prior to joining KSP, Mark was part of the Fund Management team at PATRIZIA with overall responsibility for the GLi platform, where he oversaw the operation and management of the TransEuropean value-add fund series. He managed a circa €2bn European value-add closed-ended fund series and the GLi Platform’s London urban logistics development programme, executing fund strategies to deliver strong performance for investors. His expertise spans the full spectrum of investment activities, including UK and European fund management, acquisitions, asset management, and investment oversight with a pan-European logistics focus, covering deal origination, negotiation, underwriting, and due diligence across UK and European markets. Before PATRIZIA, Mark worked in the Fund Management division at Prologis, based in Amsterdam.
At KSP, Mark serves as Chief Operating Officer, partnering closely with the team on strategy and operations and contributing across all aspects of fund management and platform development.
Senior Director – Communications
Simon has over 30 years’ experience, initially in film production, and then communications and marketing working in both London and California. He leads KSP on developing brand strategy and visual identity. Drawing on his deep expertise in film, Simon has been responsible for the creative brand development of the award-winning GLi platform and the recent KSP relaunch, creating innovative promotional videos, animated CGIs and unique marketing events that showcase KSP’s portfolio and vision.
Beyond marketing, Simon plays a strategic role in KSP’s engagement with government and regulatory bodies. Working alongside David, he has partnered with government agencies on developing time-critical policy around grid power infrastructure changes, essential to supporting the UK’s data centre growth and energy transition.
Simon leads on sustainability and community outreach throughout the planning process, ensuring KSP’s developments deliver positive local impact. He is focused on KSP’s solar energy and EV initiatives, promoting the company’s commitment to environmentally responsible development. He also develops the Urban Life community outreach programs, working with local schools and community groups in the areas where KSP operates, fostering meaningful connections between our developments and the communities they serve.
Simon is responsible for communications and sustainability across the KSP brand, ensuring the company’s environmental and social commitments are clearly articulated and consistently delivered.
Development Director
Estelle is Founder and Director of Optima Property Consultants, offering a flexible client representative role to lead and manage all aspects of property development. She combines commercial awareness with technical ability to manage risk and maximize value across the development lifecycle, from inception and land assembly through to design, town planning, and professional team management.
Estelle also serves as Development Director at Lenrose Investments, where she oversees development activities and strategic initiatives.
Previously, Estelle was a Director at Castlebrooke Investments and Head of Development at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where she spent over 11 years leading development projects and building extensive experience across the commercial real estate sector.
At KSP, Estelle works as Development Consultant, applying her expertise to support the company’s development activities and strategic initiatives.
Investment Associate
Rob is an associate assisting on the transactional side of the business, with particular expertise in data analysis for KSP’s projects across both logistics and data centre sectors. He was previously at BNP Paribas Real Estate focusing on central London development capital markets. In this role he advised clients on development opportunities and strategies.
Rob graduated from the University of Reading with an MSc in Real Estate and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is responsible for monitoring the performance fundamentals of existing assets and forecasting return metrics on potential acquisitions. His analytical rigour is key to evaluating data centre opportunities, where he assesses power infrastructure, grid connectivity and market fundamentals to support KSP’s investment decisions.
Rob provides detailed financial modelling and market analysis that underpins KSP’s strategic acquisition decisions across both the logistics platform and the expanding data centre portfolio.
Asset Manager
Sam graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with Latin Honours and holds a certification in Digital Marketing from Imperial College Business School.
At KSP, Sam has responsibility for asset management across KSP’s portfolio, organizing tenant invoicing, coordinating maintenance and security arrangements, and ensuring smooth operational delivery across all sites. He handles the operational requirements of the company, providing essential support that keeps KSP’s platforms running efficiently. Sam also manages digital marketing and social media while supporting the day-to-day running of the company across a wide range of activities.
Project Manager
Josh brings a unique blend of civil engineering expertise and project management experience to KSP’s data centre development portfolio. With a background spanning local government infrastructure, residential developments, and mission-critical facilities, Josh has developed a comprehensive understanding of complex construction projects from feasibility through to handover.
Starting his career in New Zealand as a civil engineer, Josh progressed from Graduate Engineer to Project Manager at Urban Solutions Limited before relocating to London in 2023. He has since specialised in the data centre sector at Business Critical Solutions (BCS), rapidly advancing to Team Leader – Project Management. Josh is skilled in project planning, stakeholder management, and procurement, delivering both pre-contract and post-contract projects across the UK.
Josh is actively engaged in industry development, participating in GeN+1 events and conferences including the Platform Markets Group investment conference in Athens. He is passionate about making the data centre industry more attractive to young professionals.
At KSP, Josh supports the delivery of data centre opportunities, combining his technical engineering background with project management expertise to advance KSP’s position in this critical sector of digital infrastructure.
Consultant
Simon joins KSP as a Consultant, bringing over 40 years of experience in logistics and industrial real estate.
Simon is an Executive Director at CBRE, where he specialises in logistics properties with a particular focus on development funding. He currently handles a range of industrial and logistics transactions for major occupiers, including a significant e-commerce client across the UK and Germany. At CBRE, Simon also serves as Chairman of the National Team and Head of Transactional Business.
Prior to CBRE, Simon was a founding and managing partner at M3 Agency LLP, where he built a specialist logistics practice over ten years. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Gerald Eve, serving as Head of Investment.
David Johnson co-founds Chancerygate and develops industrial warehousing in West London.
