The site is located off Anchor & Hope Lane and Woolwich Road within Charlton Riverside, a 122-hectare Opportunity Area on the south bank of the Thames. With the Blackwall and Silvertown tunnels providing fast access to Canary Wharf and the City, and proximity to existing power infrastructure and digital connectivity routes, Charlton Gateway can deliver high-performance, secure operations for cloud and AI workloads—without extensive infrastructure works.
